ICS pilot system (testing environment) is ready for use by the Economic Operators from 30th of September 2010, in order to lodge Entry Summary Declaration(ENS) and get familiar with the system. It is also possible to test the Economic Operators System and upload xml files. On 15th of October the ICS system is expected to operate normally for the lodging of real ENS. It is noted that from 1st January 2011 the lodging of ENS is mandatory.
