Out-going passengers and their luggage may be subjected to Customs examination and are required to pass through the Customs controlled area.
Goods temporarily imported (i.e. with a view to subsequent re-exportation within 12 months) must be presented and declared to Customs within the time limit allowed at importation. If the period of temporary stay of the goods has elapsed and the owner of the goods wishes to have this period extended, he/she must apply in person for an extension at Nicosia Customs, at 1 Andreas Karyos Street, Engomi Industrial Area, 2409, Nicosia.
