By using the form C.104E Customs will allow you to import and use goods temporarily for a specified period of time without paying duties and/or taxes or form C.104Ο (for import/transfer a vehicle for personal use).

If you wish to have an extension for the temporary importation of a vehicle, yacht or other goods complete and submit the relevant form in person to the Temporary Importations Section of Nicosia Customs, at 1, Andrea Karyou Street, Industrial Area, Engomi, Nicosia or in the case of a yacht, to the customs station where you yacht is located.

If you wish to authorise a person to act on your behalf for a vehicle you use in Cyprus under the temporary importation regime, print and complete the form "Authorisation of agent for vehicle" and submit it to the above adress.Note that you must sign it in the presence of a customs official or a certifying officer.
