I.P.R. - National application for action The national application for action must be submitted in writing by the owner of a right, using the form which is provided by the Commission Regulation (EC) no. 1891/2004 of October 2004.
I.P.R.2 This form is used by the Department of Customs and Excise to notify the owner(s) of right or his/her/their representative that goods have been received which prima facie infringe or are likely to infringe intellectual property rights and sends to him/her/them samples to examine.
Using the same form, the owner(s) of right or his/her/their representative inform(s) customs whether or not there is a violation of the intellectual property right.
I.P.R.3 This form is used by the Department of Customs and Excise to notify officially the declarant, holder or owner of goods that it has seized all or part of the goods because they infringe intellectual property rights.
I.P.R.5 With this form the declarant(s), holder(s) or owner(s) of goods which infringe intellectual property rights gives his/her/their consent for abandonment or destruction.
