LATEST FIGURES: CONSUMER PRICE INDEX, NOV 2003
The Consumer Price Index for November 2003 increased by 0,14 units or 0,12% to 117,59 units compared to 117,45 in October 2003. This is mainly due to increases in the prices of certain fresh vegetables, fruit and certain clothing items. Decreases have been recorded in the prices of motor-cars and potatoes.
2. The rate of increase of the Index for November 2003 compared to November 2002 was 4,05% while for the period January-November 2003 the CPI recorded an increase of 4,29% compared to the corresponding period of 2002.
