2. Individuals are entitled to a tax deduction of upto £37,50 for the year 1980 and £52,50 for the years 1981-1989.

3. Persons whos total immovable property in the republic does not exceed €12.500 for the year 2013 are not subject to tax.

ADDITIONAL TAX :

1. If there has been a low estimation of the value of the immovable property in the declaration submitted, then additional tax of 10% is imposed on the diffrence between the final tax and the amount initially paid. Low estimation is defined as the value of the property being estimated below 3/4 of the final value of the property to be assessed.
