Welcome to the Cyprus Customs and Excise Department's website. Our department falls under the Ministry of Finance. The Director of the Department is Mr Constantinos Nicolaides.
In general terms our department is responsible mainly for the imposition and collection of duties and taxes on goods, the safeguarding of the supply chain of goods, the enforcement of restrictions and prohibitions on goods imported, exported or in transit and the protection of the consumers health and safety.
