ANNOUNCEMENT
The Inland Revenue Department (IRD), with reference to the announcement dated 7th March 2014, would like to inform you that the last date of the submission of the forms IR163A_DOR and IR163A_CONT is postponed to the 31st May 2014. In addition, you are informed that the fields related to the Current Ultimate Beneficial Owners in the form IR163A_CONT are optional to be filled up.
It is noted, that the IRD may require and take any form from any person, books, records or other documents or information or information that is under control, possession, distribution or jurisdiction of the person, which are deemed to be necessary. Otherwise, administrative penalties may be imposed and/or legal action may be taken.
