Please be informed that the Inland Revenue Department (IRD) provides you with the ability to pay the Immovable Property Tax for the revenue year 2013 through the website www.jccsmart.com, the Cooperative (COOP) and the Local Banks (Bank of Cyprus Public Company Ltd, Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd, Alpha Bank Cyprus Ltd, Ethniki Bank (Cyprus) Ltd, Piraeus Bank (Cyprus) Ltd, Emporiki Bank-Cyprus Ltd, USB Bank Plc και Eurobank Cyprus Ltd).
Taxpayers wishing to pay through the website www.jccsmart.com, should input the JCC reference number printed on the Immovable Properly Tax Return sent and pay using their credit card details.
Taxpayers wishing to pay through the COOPs and the aforementioned Local Banks, should submit the Immovable Property Tax Return, their Identity Card and the amount of tax in cash or credit card, with the same way as the road tax payments.
